The Bover Garota Catenary S 27 4L Outdoor String Pendant Light is a luxury Mediterranean-inspired architectural canopy system masterfully developed by design partners Alex Fernández Camps and Gonzalo Milà. Drawing its sculptural form from the organic, geometric beauty of a sea urchin shell, this high-end festoon system features four distinct hand-woven pendants strung along a single premium line, serving as a captivating, continuous visual anchor engineered specifically to bring comforting warmth and refined structural elegance to expansive outdoor lounge areas, open-air pergolas, and luxury hospitality terraces.
The string light system is precisely configured with four low-slung, elliptical woven shades that distribute soft, glare-free ambient illumination over a large seating layout or outdoor dining table setup. The pendants are evenly integrated into a heavy-duty, five-metre black waterproof neoprene cable that allows the entire assembly to be draped dynamically between trees, structural pillars, or roof beams without requiring multiple ceiling junction boxes. Each individual light head houses a hidden light source completely encased inside a frosted polyethylene inner globe diffuser, protecting the electrical core from damp conditions while casting beautiful, delicate linear shadow patterns across surrounding landscape zones.
Built to strict commercial contracting standards, the luminaire features an outstanding IP66 ingress protection rating, guaranteeing a completely dust-tight seal that blocks powerful water jets, heavy downpours, and high atmospheric humidity. The structural hanging hooks and internal frame elements are crafted from premium non-corrosive aluminium and high-tensile stainless steel, treated with an industrial-grade cataphoresis process and finished with a robust epoxy-polyester paint to prevent atmospheric oxidation and rust. The signature rounded shades are meticulously hand-wrapped using fully recyclable, non-toxic synthetic polyethylene fibres technically treated with specialised stabilisers to resist UV cracking, sun bleaching, and weathering over decades of continuous exposure. About your delivery
- We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible.
- For regular sized packages we use an overnight courier company, usually either DPD or APC.
- For oversized, heavy or awkward packages a more bespoke delivery service will be provided.
- Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery to your door.
- Free Delivery offer only applies to UK mainland purchases. We reserve the right to make additional charges for overseas deliveries and for remote parts of the UK, including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Shetland, and the Highlands.
What happens when I order?
- If your order is in stock, you should have your item(s) within 3-5 days of placing your order, but please note there can be a small increase in delivery time during busy periods.
- Free Click & Collect is available from all of our showroom locations and from our warehouse in Ludlow. This can be selected as an option within our checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Stock is not held in our stores and your order will need to be transferred from our warehouse to the relevant store - this can take 4-8 days. For in stock items, the fastest way to receive your order is to have it delivered directly to you.
Returns
- All goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they do not meet your requirements.
- Returned goods must be returned with all parts, packaging, and instructions in perfect condition for a refund to be issued.
