WEBSITE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
When registering for an account with us, you must provide your first name, surname, email address and password. This information must be true, up to date and complete in all respects. Your password must be unique. Keep your password and private information confidential, secure and undisclosed to any third party. If any of your login details need to be changed or if you suspect that your account or information has been compromised, please notify us immediately at email@example.com.
MAKING A PURCHASE
When you have chosen product/s to add to your basket, press ‘Proceed to checkout’ and our secure checkout and payment system will guide you through the payment process, step by step. Please note that the basket does not commit you to anything, you can edit it or empty it at any point.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, including price. Should there be any error or you do not receive an Order Confirmation, please email as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Order Confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order and does not indicate that you have entered into a contract with us. A contract is entered into between you and Holloways of Ludlow when your order is deemed to be accepted by Holloways of Ludlow at the point at which goods are dispatched when a further email will be sent.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payments which are processed using a secure server. Our payment processors are PayPal, one of the world’s leading online payment providers.
Payment is taken when the order is placed. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Holloways of Ludlow, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
DEBIT / CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit or debit credit card number will be encrypted when you place your order. All financial transactions via our website are handled directly by our payment service providers, PayPal. Card details are not held in clear text on our website and are not stored by us on any machine connected to the Internet.
Please do not email us your credit card number as part of general correspondence as it's generally not safe to do so.
We hope that you are pleased with everything you buy from us. However, if you are unhappy with your products, you may return them to us in accordance with the terms set out in our Delivery & Returns page.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with us. You have up to 14 days from when you receive your order to provide a written notice to email@example.com. The cancellation period expires at the end of 14 days.
Goods that are made to measure or made to your specification are exempt from returns and cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
We may make a deduction from your reimbursement if the loss in value of any goods supplied is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

FAULTY GOODS & PRODUCT ISSUES
We pride ourselves on the quality of the goods we supply and guarantee to replace or refund any goods that are found to be faulty or not fit for purpose. However, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and we accept no responsibility for ANY costs associated with the supply of faulty goods.
Other product issues such as compatibility with light fittings, bulbs, dimmers and home automation systems are the responsibility of the customer. It is essential that your electrician or other qualified on-site professional is able to sign off the specification of supplied items and to establish their compatibility. We will provide all technical information needed but cannot accept responsibility for the compatibility of components within a system that was not supplied in its entirety by Holloways of Ludlow.
Damages in transit MUST be reported within 24 hours
Proof of delivery will be obtained for your order by signature or with a photograph taken by the driver upon delivery. The items should immediately be checked and any damage noted on the carrier's documentation. If this is not possible the items MUST be checked and any damages or omissions reported within 24 hours. Our goods are sent with insurance but claims can ONLY be made if damage or missing items are reported within 24 hours. We CANNOT accept liability for missing items, breakages or damage after this period.
All of our products are covered by a minimum one year guarantee where the items supplied are found to be faulty or not fit for purpose. Many of our items have longer guarantees where the manufacturer offers longer terms.
PRICES & VAT
All of the product prices on this website include UK VAT at the current rate of 20%. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
Should an incorrect price for a product be displayed on the website due to human error or a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any orders made for products at the incorrect price. All monies paid will hence be refunded. In the unlikely event that this should occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise on this situation. We are not obliged to honour the incorrect price for any future orders.
SALES & DISCOUNTS
The £50 off voucher on your first order is a one-time only use code. To redeem the offer, insert the discount code in the field box under 'Apply Discount Code' in the shopping basket page to have it validated. A minimum spend of £400 is required to activate your code and it is available only on non-sale items.

Holloways of Ludlow reserves the right to, without prior notice, cancel, amend, invalidate or alter any promotional activity, codes, or discounts running at any time. Discounts cannot be combined. Only one promotional offer can be applied per single order.

On receipt of your purchase, it is essential that the items are thoroughly checked. Any breakages or missing items must be reported in writing to email@example.com within 24 hours. We will help resolve any problems reported after this point but reserve the right to pass on any associated costs.
Sale, clearance & ex-display items
Sale and clearance items are sold as new unless otherwise stated. However, original packaging might be damaged or missing and the item might be discontinued so please contact us should you need extra ones to match in the future.
Ex-display items are sold as seen. Ex-display items, whilst always in good condition, might show some signs of wear and tear from use in our showrooms. These might include small marks, scratches or other small blemishes. If you are unsure, we recommend that you visit the relevant showroom before purchasing. Ex-display items are non-returnable.
All radiator deliveries are booked in advance with the customer. We cannot give a time of delivery and our haulage company will only deliver to curbside or as near to your front door as possible. We are afraid that hauliers are not insured to carry goods into customers' homes. Please ensure that you have strong helpers available on the day of delivery. Radiators do not qualify for our free delivery offer.
