Patricia Urquiola
Originally studying under the tutelage of Achille Castiglioni and Vico Magistretti, Spanish-born, Milan-based architect and designer Patricia Urquiola is one of contemporary designs most sought-after individuals. Working in the field industrial design and architecture under her own self-titled studio, she has also been the Creative Director of Cassina since 2015.
From creating lighting and furniture for brands like Flos, Moroso and B&B Italia to creating interiors for the Mandarin Oriental Hotels and the Marriott Group, Patricia Urquiola's designs are about connecting the user with their space through mixing colour and materials.
