Michael Anastassiades

Originally trained as a civil engineer, Michael Anastassiades went on to obtain a Master's degree in Industrial Design at the Royal College of Art in London before opening his self-titled studio in 1994. With a focus on producing exceptionally designed objects of permanent value, Anastassiades strives for a sense of eclecticism, individuality and timelessness in each of his pieces.

Positioning his work somewhere between fine art and industrial design, his innovative approach to lighting features unexpected elements one wouldn't normally find in a traditionally functional object.
