Jan Andersen and Poul Madsen created the Normann Copenhagen brand in 1999, with the aim of challenging conventional design thinking to create simple, innovative and beautiful products.

The Normann Copenhagen brand has grown considerably from their humble beginnings and is now an established industry leader in home furnishing design, having picked up 80 design awards and expanding to be sold in 80 countries along the way.
